Terms and Conditions
Payment
Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
Booking coaching sessions
Booking is made and confirmed by email. Each session begins promptly at the time booked and lasts for one hour.
Rescheduling coaching sessions
Once a booking for a telephone session has been confirmed you may still change it at no extra charge as long as you contact me 48 hours in advance and reschedule within one month.
If you fail to turn up for a telephone appointment or the line is still engaged fifteen minutes after the booked time, the fee for that appointment is forfeited.
If you fail to turn up for a face to face appointment the fee for that appointment is forfeited.

I will treat your written work as well as all our conversations and communications as confidential.
